This award, created especially to small and medium sized companies as well as to social economy institutions, was awarded to 33 enterprises.
In our company the main focus firstly lies on a working time which is based on the current phase of life, which means the adaption to the individual needs of the employees, in order to fulfill the balancing act between family and work. Furthemore it lies on health promotion regarding the increasing and changing demands of every days working life.
We are very proud receiving the award „family-friendly company“ which proves our systematic family oriented employment policy.
