Rohmagnete aus Neodym-Eisen-Bor (NdFeB)

Scheibenmagnet aus NdFeB, bis 80°C

PRODUKTHINWEIS:
NdFeB Magnete können in fast jeder gewünschten Abmessung und ohne Werkzeugkosten hergestellt werden. Auch Kleinmengen sind daher möglich. Zum Schutz vor Korrosion sind sie Nickel-Kupfer-Nickel (NiCuNi) beschichtet. Die angegebene Temperatur bezieht sich auf die maximale Einsatztemperatur des Werkstoffs. Durch die Geometrie kann die
Beständigkeit aber reduziert sein.

Alternativ zum Standard bieten wir auch individuelle Lösungen an:
» kundenspezifische Abmessungen
» geänderte Magnetisierungsrichtung
» andere Magnetsierungsarten
» weitere Qualitäten bis N54
» erhöhte Einsatztemperatur bis 220°C
» einseitig selbstklebend durch zusätzliche Folie
» kundenspezifische Formen (z.B. Würfel, Kegel, Kugel, Segmente)
» weitere Beschichtungen (z.B. verzinkt, vergoldet, Epoxy beschichtet)
