Rubberised magnet systems
NdFeB magnetic system, black rubber sheath (bio-based TPE), with threaded bushing, enhanced corrosion protection
PRODUCT NOTE:
For gentle attachment to delicate surfaces, we recommend our rondoline+ magnetic systems. The coating, made from a bio-based thermoplastic elastomer ( 80% bio-based raw material content*), protects the surface from damage such as scratches and colour transfer, and improves the holding force by optimising the shear forces.
At the same time, the special internal coating increases the systems’ corrosion resistance; a result of 720 hours was achieved in the SSNT (salt spray test).
The threaded bushing (thread sizes vary depending on the diameter of the magnet systems) allows for easy attachment of suitable adaptors. Inside the rubber-coated magnet systems, the combination of powerful neodymium magnets, precise arrangement and an integrated metal element ensures a particularly strong magnetic field. The TPE material used for the casing is recyclable in closed-loop production cycles.
*Raw material used: Dryflex® Green (Hexpol TPE)

Note: A31A-KsM4 - There is a cylinder bore on the holding surface due to the manufacturing process.
* The forces have been determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel (S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm (1kg~10N). A deviation of up to -10% from the specified value is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value is exceeded. The type of application (installation situation, temperatures, counter anchors, etc.) sometimes influence the forces enormously. The values given are for orientation purposes.
