Modified standard systems

When it comes to bespoke solutions, we offer customised product configurations that not only fulfil your requirements but also provide a genuine solution to your problem. Often, all that is needed is to modify a magnet system already featured in our product catalogue.

Experience the power of customisation and turn your vision into reality!

Bespoke designs based on our standard systems

We offer modifications to existing standard products. The shape and design remain unchanged from the original (standard range). Adjustments can be made to height, length, diameter, surface finish, adaptation, holding force and material. Depending on the scope of the modifications, these can be manufactured from existing standard components. The advantage here lies in the short lead time and cost-effective production for small batches.

For particularly specific requirements, we also develop bespoke solutions, ranging from magnetic clamps and magnetic plugs to magnetic connectors. We adapt our products technically or create entirely new connections to meet your individual requirements – even if these go beyond the standard range.

Standard rubberised system in a special colour

As an alternative to our standard product, we also offer bespoke solutions for all rubber-coated magnet systems. For example, you can choose a different colour for the rubber coating, or a harder or softer rubber coating, or even a different material (e.g. TPU). We can produce any rubber-coated magnetic system in your chosen colour, with a minimum order of just 1,000 pieces.

Modification of a pot magnet

The magnetic adhesive surface of our standard products can be machined on request. For example, grooves or precisely fitted recesses can be milled into it. We have developed special systems specifically for this purpose, which can be used to machine the adhesive surface.

Combining standard systems to create complex, extremely durable bespoke systems

On our assembly line, several rubber-coated magnet systems can be combined to form bespoke systems according to your requirements, using riveting, crimping or screw fastening.

Modification of a pot magnet

On request, the housings of our pot magnets can be optimised for specific applications. In this example, four threaded bushing have been pressed into the housing at specific intervals.

Modification of a deep pot magnet

Many of our deep pot magnets can also be machined at the gripping surface and can be shortened or shaped into any desired form by turning or grinding.

The housing of our deep pot magnets can also be machined – in this case, a thread has been cut on the outside of the magnetic system.

Standard rubberised system with threading as required

As an alternative to the standard product, we also offer the option of fitting all rubber-coated magnet systems with different thread sizes or special attachments.

To create this magnetic ‘key’, individual components from our modular kit are assembled into a new system – in this case, by screwing them together.

Our commitment and our advantage

We have all the necessary in-house production facilities. We can offer our customers anything, regardless of the material (e.g. metal or plastic housings), quantity or production method; we are so versatile because we also have all the technical expertise in-house, as well as all the necessary machinery and production methods.

We are experts in the adaptation and further development of joining technologies. Whether it’s minor modifications to existing standard products – for example, in terms of height, length, diameter, surface finish, adaptation, holding force and material – or the development of completely new solutions, such as magnetic clamps, magnetic plugs or magnetic connectors: we bring your ideas to life.

It doesn’t even necessarily have to be a product containing a magnet – we’re here to offer you advice and support.
