Shuttering magnet

This system is used as a shuttering magnet for precast concrete parts. The highly adhesive system can be easily removed from the metal surface using the release lever. The hard-wearing polyurethane casing guarantees that it can withstand rough handling in this environment. The design was developed by us according to our customer's geometric specifications and adapted to our production lines.

Magnetic filters for pipes

With the help of this external pipe filter, ferrous particles can be retained on the inner wall of the pipe. Special pipe inserts are required for this, which can be removed from the pipe for cleaning. The filter can then be opened up for cleaning. This product was developed and designed by us at the customer's request and production was adapted to our production areas.

Magnetic ball mounting for one light

This magnetic system was specially developed for a very interesting luminaire model. This luminaire can be rotated continuously in space with the help of the magnet on the sphere. Together with the customer, we designed and developed this product and initially manufactured it as a prototype. The tool for this product was also manufactured in our tool shop.

Magnetic system for pneumatic grippers

Inner workings of a magnetically holding pneumatic gripper for the handling and automation of magnetically adhesive components. The pneumatically controlled mechanism creates a gripper that is switchably magnetic and non-magnetic. The functionality and geometry of this new development were specified by the customer. Adjustments such as the arrangement of the magnets were made by us during the development process.

Spirit level magnet

This magnetic system is clipped into the side of the aluminium profile of a spirit level. The spirit level can then hold itself on steel profiles. Indispensable for hands-free work. The BRUGGER development team's task here was to improve the pole shoe system. After optimisation, the appropriate tool was manufactured in our toolmaking department and series production was adapted to our product lines.

Magnetic sink mixer tap

In addition to the hose weight, a magnet is integrated into the shower pull-out of the sink mixer tap, which ensures that the shower is positioned in the holder and easily held in place. Our customer's problem was sealing the existing magnet system against water. Our development department developed and optimised the plastic injection mould so that the integrated magnets are now splash-proof.

Holding magnet for a packaging machine

Such magnetic systems are used for holding and releasing holders of all kinds in machines. This is the holder of a tube holder for filling toothpaste tubes.

Magnetic system for fastening concrete formwork

Extremely strong adhesive pole shoe system for precast concrete elements. Suitable frames and stop ends are attached to the formwork table precisely and without slipping. After shuttering, these magnetic systems are released by means of a lifter and cleaned ready for the next use.

Magnetic yoke as a measuring instrument

A magnetic yoke can be used to measure the oxygen content. Due to its paramagnetic properties, the oxygen in the gas mixture is attracted by the magnetic field. The change in the magnetic field due to the attraction of the oxygen is recorded by a sensor and the recorded signal is then converted into a value that represents the oxygen concentration in the gas mixture.

Magnetic stirrer for contactless mixing

A magnetic stirrer is a device that uses a rotating magnet to create a stirring motion in liquids in order to distribute mixtures evenly. It is often used in chemical laboratories because it enables contactless and uniform mixing - even in closed vessels. With this special system, no "counter magnet" is moved in the liquid; instead, fine magnetic stainless steel needles are "stirred" in a vessel with cleaning liquid above. These are then used to polish and clean medical prostheses.

Prototyping and testing: We also offer prototyping and extensive testing to ensure that the new magnetic solutions meet the requirements and function reliably.

Ongoing support and development: If you wish, we can continue to provide technical support for your new product line to ensure that the solutions work efficiently and reliably. Of course, we also offer the modification of existing standard products. The original shape and design (standard programme) are retained. Customisations are possible with regard to height, length, diameter, surface, adaptation, adhesive force and material. Depending on the extent of the customisation, these can be manufactured from existing standard components. The advantage here is the short delivery time and cost-effective production of small batches.

We also develop customised solutions for particularly specific requirements, ranging from magnetic clips and magnetic plugs to magnetic connectors. We adapt our products technically or create completely new connections to fulfil your individual requirements - even if these go beyond the standard range.
