Bracket for fire extinguisher
PRODUCT NOTE:
Equipped with four powerful, plastic-coated magnet systems, it allows for reliable attachment to magnetic surfaces such as steel beams or machine enclosures.
The combination of a sturdy plastic plate and metal ensures a long service life. The sturdy metal mounting bracket can be installed quickly and easily and allows for flexible and hassle-free mounting of the fire extinguisher. Thanks to the powerful magnets, which are encased in scratch-resistant plastic, the mount can be positioned without damaging surfaces.
The magnetic fire extinguisher mount offers a secure and flexible mounting solution for standard fire extinguishers (6 kg of extinguishing agent) with a total weight of approximately 10–12 kg.
The holding force of the magnets varies depending on the properties of the steel surface. On thick, solid steel surfaces (e.g., steel beams), you can easily achieve a holding force of up to 12 kg.
For thinner steel sheets (e.g., on machines), we recommend mounting fire extinguishers with a maximum extinguishing agent capacity of 4 kg to ensure optimal adhesion. **

* The forces have been determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel (S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm (1kg~10N). A deviation of up to -10% from the specified value is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value is exceeded. The type of application (installation situation, temperatures, counter anchors, etc.) sometimes influence the forces enormously. The values given are for orientation purposes.
