NdFeB magnetic system, black rubber sheath (bio-based TPE), with external thread, enhanced corrosion protection
PRODUCT NOTE:
Our rondoline+ magnetic systems offer the ideal solution for mounting objects on delicate surfaces without causing scratches. A black, UV-resistant, soft protective sheath made from a sustainable thermoplastic elastomer (containing 80% bio-based raw materials*) reliably protects surfaces from unsightly scratches or discolouration. The special coating on the inside provides enhanced corrosion protection, which passed the SSNT (salt spray test) for 720 hours. Our tests also show improved shear and pull-off strength compared to our standard products.
Any object with an internal thread can be screwed onto the practical external thread. The size of the threaded stud varies depending on the diameter of the magnet system. The clever combination of powerful neodymium magnets, precise alignment and an internal metal element creates a particularly large and strong magnetic field inside the rubber-coated magnet systems. The bio-based TPE material used for the casing is recyclable in closed-loop production cycles.

* The forces have been determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel (S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm (1kg~10N). A deviation of up to -10% from the specified value is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value is exceeded. The type of application (installation situation, temperatures, counter anchors, etc.) sometimes influence the forces enormously. The values given are for orientation purposes.
