PRODUCT NOTE:
Our rondoline+ magnetic systems are the perfect choice for mark-free installation on delicate surfaces. The magnetic systems feature a soft, black rubber coating which, thanks to a bio-based thermoplastic elastomer (80% renewable raw material content*), is completely UV-resistant and protects surfaces from unsightly discolouration or scratches.
Inside, a special coating provides the system with lasting protection against rust – its high resistance was successfully demonstrated in a 720-hour salt spray test (SSNT). Furthermore, our measurements show that these magnets exhibit noticeably improved push-off and shear forces compared to our standard versions.
These magnet systems are fitted with a practical internal thread, which allows various objects with threaded pins to be mounted; the size of the internal thread depends on the magnet. The combination of high-performance neodymium magnets, an optimised arrangement and an integrated metal element generates an exceptionally strong magnetic field inside the rubber-coated systems.
The bio-based TPE material used for the coating is recyclable in closed-loop production cycles.

* The forces have been determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel (S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm (1kg~10N). A deviation of up to -10% from the specified value is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value is exceeded. The type of application (installation situation, temperatures, counter anchors, etc.) sometimes influence the forces enormously. The values given are for orientation purposes.
