Rubberised magnet systems
NdFeB magnetic system, plastic casing, rubberised adhesive surface
PRODUCT NOTE:
Due to their sealed rubber coating , these neodymium magnet systems can only be fixed in place using adhesive (glue or double-sided adhesive tape). Please consult a specialist retailer or our experts when selecting the correct adhesive.
The following materials are used on the reverse side:
A18B-Ks: polyamide (PA)
A22B-Ks: polyamide (PA)
A31B-Ks: Galvanised steel (without sealed rubber coating)
AS031NdB-00s-03: polyamide (PA)
A43B-Ks: polyamide (PA)
NOTE: A31B-Ks – Due to the manufacturing process, there is a cylindrical bore on the bonding surface
* The forces have been determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel (S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm (1kg~10N). A deviation of up to -10% from the specified value is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value is exceeded. The type of application (installation situation, temperatures, counter anchors, etc.) sometimes influence the forces enormously. The values given are for orientation purposes.
